the place was super clean and well-kept. it's just a 5-minute walk to the shin-okachimachi station - making it easy to take the metro. there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. the self check-in and check-out was a game changer. staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable.

Can just recommend.

The apartment was super clean, modern, and close to the metro and local amenities. It had all the essentials like slippers, soap, and a well-equipped kitchen. the beds were remarkably comfortable, and the staff was friendly and English-speaking, making communication a breeze. Plus, the air conditioner worked like a charm, keeping us cozy during our stay. Location-wise, it was a stone's throw away from a metro stop, making it convenient to explore the area and grab a bite to eat at nearby restaurants or pick up groceries at a supermarket.

There were a few setbacks during our stay. the lack of hand soap and towels in the toilet room was a bit inconvenient, but luckily we had our own.

staying at Minn Ueno, Shinokachimachi was a wonderful experience. the room, though a bit narrower than expected, was well, equipped with a washer/dryer, kitchen. convenient location near Shin, Okachimachi subway station and Ueno, Okachimachi train station. plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. easy check, in process with clear English instructions.
